Passionate about winegrowing, dedicated to savoir-faire and family tradition, we craft our champagnes with precision and painstaking care in harmony with our terroir, vines and wines, at our property, in our vat room and our cellars.
Grapes are hand-picked as per family tradition and crushed in our press. The grape must flows by gravity to our vat room for fermentation.
Most of our wines are vinified in vats; we also age an exclusive selection in oak barrels. Day by day, the wine develops in a series of processes of fermentation, clarification, racking and blending. This is when we marry vintages and varieties to blend our Fruité, Généreux and Prestige range, Chardonnays from different plots for our Blanc de Blancs, and whites and reds grown from our older vines for our Rosé champagne.
After this essential step of blending, the wine is cold stabilized and filtered. It is then bottled and stored in our cellars for several years before it is ready for disgorgement and dosage.
