TERROIR MAGIC

Close to Epernay and Reims, the Erard‑Salmon vineyard grows three major Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Meunier for the most part, but also Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Our plots, located on the clay-limestone terroir typically found in our region, are spread over seven different towns, each of which is unique. The largest surface of vineyard is found in Olizy‑Violaine, with the other plots on the slopes of La Neuville‑aux‑Larris, Trélou‑sur‑Marne, Champlat‑et‑Boujacourt, Dormans, Cuchery and Jonquery.

MEUNIER FRUIT

Around 80% of our vineyard is planted with Pinot Meunier grapes, which yield the characteristic fruity notes so emblematic of our main blends.

Nature & biodiversity

Committed to preserving our soils and the environment around us, we take a rational approach to winegrowing that combines traditional family savoir-faire and modern technology.
